Terms of Sale and Use
Riodatos LLC, Tucson, Arizona
Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms govern purchases of RioDatos products, including the RioV360 AI pedestrian detection system and its accessories, and the use of riodatos.com. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms. A written quote or invoice from RioDatos that conflicts with these Terms controls for that order.

1. Products
RioDatos makes and sells RioV360, an AI pedestrian detection system for forklifts and heavy equipment, along with optional accessories and extended warranties. Product specifications are described on our website, in quotes and in the RioV360 User Manual. We may update product designs, components and specifications without notice, provided performance is not materially reduced.

2. Quotes and Orders
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. An order is accepted when RioDatos confirms it in writing or ships it. We may decline or cancel any order, including orders we believe are fraudulent or would violate export laws.

3. Prices and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes, duties and freight unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are stated on the quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before shipment. Unpaid balances may delay shipment or support.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Products ship from Arizona. Freight terms, including Incoterms for international orders, are stated on the quote. Unless the quote states otherwise, title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the order is delivered to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and any local certification in the destination country. Delivery dates are estimates.

5. Returns
All sales are final. RioDatos does not accept returns or issue refunds for products once shipped. Defective products are handled under the warranty in Section 6. Report shipping damage to RioDatos and the carrier within 5 business days of delivery.

6. Limited Warranty
RioDatos warrants that RioV360 systems are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from the ship date, or for the extended period purchased. If a covered component fails, RioDatos will repair or replace it at our option. This warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, incorrect wiring or voltage, physical impact, unauthorized modification, misuse, or normal wear of mounting hardware and cables. To make a claim, contact info@riodatos.com with the order number and a description of the problem. This warranty is the buyer’s sole remedy and replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Installation and Safe Use
The buyer is responsible for correct installation, configuration and use according to the RioV360 User Manual. RioV360 is an operator aid. It does not replace safe operating practices, operator training, site traffic management, inspections or any legal safety obligation. Detection performance depends on installation, camera placement, settings, lighting, weather and site conditions, and no system detects every person or object in every situation.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, RioDatos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, downtime or data loss. RioDatos’s total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.
